Attachments using the RightNow Adapter

I have a process in Integration Cloud (PCS/ICS) that needs to pull attachments from Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) and attach them to the PCS process.  I thought I could use the RightNow adapter for this but when I look at the Incident object in the RightNow adapter I do not see Attachments as a option.  I know the attachments are associated with Threads (not really Incidents), but I cannot find them anywhere in the rightnow adapter.  Can anyone point me to a tutorial on how this can be done?  I have a Java service that can achieve this but I
