Summary: Is the AI Assist in Feedback using all feedback found in the system for the specific user (including Feedback with Manager View Only) in it's generation of a feedback response?
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): if a user Requests Feedback from their colleagues, and the colleague uses AI Assist to generate feedback content, does it pull all Feedback (including Feedback that was provided for Manager View Only?) in its generated response (meaning using feedback to create feedback)?
The concern is that if negative feedback was given with Manager View Only, the newly generated responses may have a skew/bias that implies negative information is in the system about the user.
