Can you please suggest that best time to implement AI in a implementataion project.

1.Upload more than 6 months back historical data from the GO LIVE date and implement the AI.

2.Implement ORC first then GO LIve and wait for 6 months transaction and after spending 6 months then implement the AI. Which way it will be better. Also not maintaining any Skill in core HR .Also do not have have theskill and Skill Center in the env.Could it be possible to Implement AI.Could it be any effect on the ORC AI implementation?
