EPM planning business rule runs multiple times

Hi,

There used to be an issue like this decades ago, but I am getting the same behaviour in PBCS. After saving a form, and the business rule runs, if I leave the form saving with the spinning wheel, and it runs for a certain amount of time then it starts running itself multiple times.

Has anyone else seen this?
