Remove My Receipts (New) and bring back My Receipts

Summary:

I would like to bring back My Receipts as my default receiving tile.

We have been told we can not have both My Receipts and My Receipts (New) on at the same time.

if that is the case then I need to have My Receipts (New) turned off. At one time they were both visitable.

What was the catalyst that made the new My Receipts tile the default.

how do I get the classic tile back?

Is it a role or a privilege?

is it when I enabled RSSP so the classic tile disappeared?
