Health an d Safety- Assignment rule Page Access

Hi,

This has started in 25A. I have a user with EHS Manager role but not able to create assignment rule. On Assignment page, it is getting error "Permission is required to view the content".It is definitely related to security. However, employee has EHS Manager role. This was not issue in 24D or before.

Please let me know if you have any fix for it.
