We are looking to use Non-Promotional claims for over payment to the customers at Item level. However, we would like to link this Non-Promotional claim to an existing Customer Program to that existing accruals can be reduced accordingly.

How to achieve this requirement

Step # 1 - Create Program and Accrual based on sales order shipments

Customer Program # 1

Item # 1 - Accrual Balance - 100, Paid - 20, Available - 80

Item # 2 - Accrual Balance - 200, Paid - 30, Available - 170
