need a way to restrict user not to enter time sheet in OTL if the assignment of the task for that user is expired

HI

i have a project A and Task B, for users user1 and user2 assigned. however user 1 is assigned only till March31st and user2 is assigned till April 30.
post March 31 user1 should not be able to submit his/her time sheet , but user2 should still be able to submit till April 30, can you please help us to configure this in Oracle ERP Cloud.
