Qualify Customer Program Custom Qualifier based on Sales Order Header EFF

We have a requirement to use a custom qualifier in the Customer Rebate Program, where qualification will be based on a Sales Order Header Extensible Flexfield (EFF).

In this scenario, we are defining the Customer Group as a custom qualifier in the Customer Rebate Program and mapping the Customer Group EFF at the Sales Order Header level. For example, if Customer Group "Group 1" is used as a qualifier in the rebate program and the same Group 1 is defined to the Sales Order Header EFF, the expectation is that the order will qualify for the rebate program and generate accruals accordingly.
