Manually lock and unlock OIC integration (or "work in progress" flag)

OIC locks an integration when you are editing it. However, as soon as you save and exit the lock is removed. When making changes to an integration over several days, it would be good to be able to manually set the lock so it stays on as an indication to other developers that it is being worked on by someone. The lock could then be manually removed when the changes are finished. If locks are not an appropriate mechanism, then perhaps some kind of additional "work in progress" visual flag.
