Change the address of the SR contact only

in Oracle WebCenter

Hello.

As a user, the information of the account that has been drafting the SR remains intact.
I just want to change my account address.
You changed your address from Account > Preferences and your changes were not retained.

If you create a new account, you will not be able to see the contents of your account so far, so I want to continue using the account as it is. How do I change my address only and configure my email to fly to my destination address?
