Accrual Plan enrollment end date for global transfer changed backdated

We are trying set end date for previous assignment when a global transfer is backdated.

We have developed an enrollment start date formula which is handling the enrollment start date and it is working when a global transfer is backdated.

We also developed a enrollment end date formula but it isn´t working. Based on logic defined, the formula works for assignment changes when the asg record is the same. Flor global transfer a new assignment record is created and the formula is not working when the effective date of change is in the past.
