How to apply field merge targeting a specific CDO record

I'm looking into setting up an email with multiple field merges added. Each field merge should pull the data from a contact CDO that can have multiple records linked to a contact. Each record should have its own unique ID.

If I create an email using these field merges, is there a way to set up the field merge to pull the data from a specific CDO record through the unique ID field? Meaning the email will populate the data for record A through the ID #01 and populate the data for record B through the ID #02?
