Mass Submit and Approve Time Cards and Time Balance Dimension doubling Accrual Fast Formula Value

4/11/25 Update:

We've confirmed that the Time Balance Definition value being passed to the Fast Formula doubles the calculated time every time a previously Approved Timecard is submitted whether that be manually or through the Mass Submit job.

Summary:

Time is loaded and approved to populate HCM OTL and eventually feeds the accrual calculations. The issue is that the Time Balance Definition/Time Balance Dimension is doubling Calculated Time after the Mass Submit and Approve Time Cards process runs.
