licenses assigned to user

Hi,

Any way to get list of all licenses assigned to each user from Eloqua (just like how we can retrieve security groups assigned to each user)

We can download users list to whom a specific license is assigned, but we are looking for a way to retrieve what all licenses are assigned to each user.

Any way to differentiate/Identify between Auto assigned licenses and Externally assigned licenses from report (settings→user→license usage overview report).
