Unable to use the response of scheduleReport operation for ScheduleReportWSSSerivce in OIC in assigning it to either a variable or mapper.

I am using scheduleReport operation to schedule a report in OIC and it is giving an response with an ID. Now I am trying to pass this output to another operation getAllInstanceIDs to get the actual BIPJobId. But even when the mapping is correct, it is passing the value of submittedJobId (input param of getAllInstanceIDs operation) as null. Can you please help if I am missing something here.
