Database Supplemental maintenance notification

Description (Required):

Database supplemental maintenance notifications are being sent just one time before 20 or 30 days, even if it is Production.

Oracle support and their technical Team confirmed that the notification will be sent only one time for such maintenance

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Even though it is a planned change, we should be receiving another notification at least a week or couple of days before the actual event happens just like for the quarterly updates.
