public holidays are getting paid for long term leaves
Hi there,
We have configured public holidays in 'Manage Calendar Events". However, employees who are already on Long term leaves, which is unpaid , but public holidays are still getting paid.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Employee on Long term leave:
However, employee is getting paid for public holiday under long term unpaid leaves which is not expected.
Please advise.
