Get Effective Date Parameter value of Calculate Accruals and Balances in Fast Formula

Summary:

While running "Calculate Accruals and Balances" there is a effective date parameter. I need to get this value in the Fast Formula "Global Absence Accrual Matrix Formula".

I tried using GET_CONTEXT(EFFECTIVE_DATE,'4712/12/31 00:00:00'(date)) but it returns the accrual period end date.

The Accrual Method is Front Loaded in the Absence plan.

Is there any way to get the effective date parameter value of calculate accruals and balances process in the Global Absence Accrual Matrix Formula?
