Create a descriptive flexfield in time and labor overview page in redwood

I have a requirement to create billability percentage column for each time card beside the scheduled hours column in the overview screen for OTL .. I`ll add the billability of the time card manually let`s say that 80% of the time card is billable.

Is it applicable in the redwood screens through VBS or not?
