Show Tax Classification Field on Requisition, Tax per line item to be displayed, in fusion

Is there a way to show the tax amount per line in the requisition, we have already unhidden the tax field in the requisition page through the sandbox requisition structure but this does not display the tax for the item only the total taxable amount.

Any suggestions are welcome and I can provide screenshots if helpful , thank you!
