Redwood OTL now allows Absence and Regular time to be entered on same day

Summary:

Client was completing UAT in TEST environment where Redwood OTL is enabled

Expected outcome:

• If Absence entered and then entered Time and tried to save would get error
• If time entered and then tried to submit absence should error
• This is standard functionality to the best of my knowledge

Actual outcome:

• Employees able to enter Leave and Worked hours on the same day and save the timecard with no error.

Went back and tested in DEV2 where Redwood is NOT enabled and got error as expected

Client has now gone live with Redwood OTL in PROD and same issue is occurring where employees are able to add absence and regular time for same day and save with no error, meaning will show as 16hrs for the day. This was working as expected prior to Redwood.
