ship more quantity than ordered

Summary:

Hi,

we have this business scenario:

  • the client is creating sales orders and shipping them
  • usually the shipped quantities are not the same as the ordered quantity
  • client is expecting that users have not to release the orders manually (they only enter the shipped quantity and ship confirm) so we have setup the quick ship for this purpose.
  • CASE1: shipped quantity < ordered quantity -> we would like that the remaining quantity is cancelled or unreserved automatically at the ship confirm. we have setup undershipment tolerance to 0% but it seems not working as expected (the remaining quantities are not cancelled and are remaining ready to be shipped)
