Can't Backorder in Ship Confirm

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

In Ship Confirm, even updating the "Shipped Quantity" and "Backordered Quantity", the system ignores those inputs and just ship the total "Requested Quantity"

Any ideia why this is happening?

PS: Already tested with many customers, items, ship to addresses, etc…
