Redwood: Add Absence Business title field has no value to display.

Summary:

We have configured the Parental absence with a "Generic Absence Pattern" where we have enabled the configuration to select the assignment while recording the absence. But system does not display any value while recording the Parental absence type for an employee with multiple assignments.
