Absence balance Redwood page is loading indefinitely

Hi All,

I have enabled Redwood for Absence module and facing issue in Absence Balance page.

All required configuration changes have been completed, and the scheduled processes have been executed as per Oracle recommendation. However, the Absence Balance page continues to load indefinitely. The issue occurs when tested with the seeded Employee role as well. Please note there is no personalization available for Absence module.

Could anyone help on this please.
