Help on Data Sync Issues between Eloqua and Salesforce

There is a synchronisation issue between Salesforce and Eloqua. For example: When a lead's status is changed from A to B in Salesforce, Eloqua does not reflect this change promptly, leading to incorrect data updates from Eloqua to Salesforce when the record goes through the actions before it has come through from Salesforce using the imports.

Potential solution:
We have identified that the import for Existing Leads is running every 2 hours where the import for Existing Contacts is running every 2 hours, we would like to update the existing lead import to match the 15 mins as we feel 2 hours is too long.
