OCI: Firewall Failing After Leapp Upgrade

Symptoms:

After a leap upgrade there are problems with firewalld. Even after completely disabling and stopping firewalld.


Cause:

When leap upgrade is run in an oci environment

$ sudo leapp upgrade --oci

This makes a few small changes, among those is to keep iptables in place plus adding some rules that may be required in the future. This causes that if there were already iptables rules in place before the upgrade they will be causing that both iptables an firewalld will be up at the same time.
