FMLA and Vacation taken together but employee not paid correctly

Summary:

We have an employee who took 2 days of FMLA and vacation on the same days. We have concurrent set up in our plans. The employee was paid and was short 2 days of pay. There is an earnings results for vacation but there is a negative FMLA Entitlement Results deducting the two days from the employee's paycheck. What we expected to see was 2 days entered for both FMLA and Vacation and they were paid their regular salary. I have submitted an SR but haven't heard back and was seeing if anyone else had any thoughts to try. Thanks Dee Dee
