How to add a memo line without including in order

Summary:

We have receivables invoices imported from order management. For certain invoices which are created for an order, we would like to have an additional memo line added to the invoice without any corresponding change on the Order. The memo line should be included in the same invoice which is created for the order.

Can we use Autoinvoice for this by adding a new interface line ? Or are there any other alternate solutions?
