Data Integration-Global Periods error for RuntimeError: The Current Process Status '' is Invalid

Using a groovy rule to trigger a dataload rule that exports data to file. Rule prompts for scenario, version, entity. Start/End Year on Scenario drives periods to cycle through in DLR and import to workbench, export to file runs for same periods, and file downloaded from Outbox.

The global period mappings (Default Mapping on DLR) were updated to add periods for newly added fiscal year FY75.

The DLR export process threw the error : RuntimeError: The Current Process Status '' is Invalid for the 1st period of the newly added Global Mapping periods.

Process worked for End Year FY74.

The resolution was either to trigger a rule/submit in the BSO cube that calc'd FY75. No other change was needed. I tested out in this in 3 different environments, same result.
