25B Upgrade - Creating contract error - Not defined as resource (OKC-196156)

Summary:

After the 25B upgrade when trying to create a new contract an error is displayed saying that the person is not created as a resource. This is not correct, the person is created as a resource and this worked fine before the 25B upgrade.

Has anybody else experience this issue please?

We also verified the setup with Support Note - "Create Contract Error: You can't create contract because you aren't defined as resource ( OKC-196156 ) (Doc ID 2365956.1)" - but with no luck.
