When clicking on the Customer number in the Checkbook receiving "Error response during Rest Action"?

Summary:

When clicking on the Customer number in the Checkbook, we are receiving "Error response during Rest Action". We can access the Checkbook fine, but when clicking on the customer to see all the customer's programs, receive "Error response during Rest Action". Has anyone faced this issue? We do not have this issue another environment.
