Bell Notification and Sound Alert in Oracle RightNow
Hello,
I'm currently working with Oracle B2C Service (RightNow) and I'm trying to configure the system to trigger bell notifications and sound alerts in the following scenarios:
- When an agent is mentioned using @mention in an incident.
- When a new email incident is received.
However, I couldn't locate the exact settings area where these types of alerts can be configured. I would be happy if you can show me where I can find these settings or how I can do it.
