How to calculate Accrual by Count of Invoices per month

Summary: We have a client requirement that Accrual amount should be calculated by the number of AR Invoices for a customer for a given month.

Ex: For Customer A, there are 200 AR Invoices.

Amount per invoice: 20

Accrual Amount to be calculated is: 20* 200=$4000

CM should be created for $4000
