Not able to return the OT hours on the same day when the regular hours are reduced

Summary:

As a part of the requirement, Weekly OT hours should be captured on the day the Daily Regular Hours are dropped to zero because of the 40hours threshold. Instead, they are being captured towards the end of the week on the last day of the week. Please confirm if the standard Weekly OT rule can be modified to accommodate this requirement. Have anyone achieved this requirement before?

Basically the FF has to return the OT the same day when the regular is start getting suppressed, instead of returning the total OT hours at the end of the week.

Any help would be really appreciated!
