System Functionality to Delete Rosters those were uploaded

Hi

Currently our organization uses REST API service to upload Client group employee rosters, I whould like to know whether there is an option in the system to delete exiating rosters that were uploading. So users who has necessary privileges can do that by themselves. (Instead of using REST API serviced to delete those as well)
