Goal:

This document provides answers to frequently asked customer questions regarding the end of life for OS Management Service as of April 23rd, 2025.

  1.  Question: Why was OS Management Service (OSMS) depreciated or reached End of Life?
    Answer: On April 23, 2025, OS Management Service reached end of life (EOL) and is no longer available. The OS Management Hub service is now available and provides an improved user experience with new features, including at-scale patch deployments, enhanced job scheduling, and reporting capabilities.
