it's a very important requirement as till now we cant create an analysis report to represent all invited suppliers.
And what is available only to the suppliers who have only activity on the sourcing document!!
Sayarfina we have applied for a workaround to get this information please follow the below:-
1- from the same subject area (Sourcing- Supplier Negotiation Real-Time) under the invited suppliers>Supplier List> take this column (Trading Partner Contact Id).
2- You have to create a new report from the supplier's subject area to export all suppliers with their contact information.
3- You will do an excel Vlookup to know the exact suppliers invited to all sourcing documents.

Hello Oracle experts,
this issue has been raised more than 2 years ago and still no feedback. The Folder Invited Suppliers does not contain any attributes about Invited Suppliers on Negotiations. Actually it contains Negotiation DFFs.
This seems to be a bug or incomplete mapping. Please correct this issue as we would like to be able to use this information as planned according to Folder Name.
Thank you,
Isabel

This is really a big problem. Is there anyone who can help or provide solution?

One possible workaround is to check if these fields are available in a different folder within the same subject area or use a join with another subject area that contains supplier details.

Invited suppliers is a concept unique to Negociations. Please correct this missing information in this folder in this Subject Area. At a minimum we would like to see the same information as on the Invited Suppliers screen in the Negociation.
Thank you,
Isabel
