Description (Required):

Currently we understand that there is no functionality to automatically back custom BI reports. The only option is to take a manual back up on local drive. We need the ability to automatically backup the custom BI reports so that they can be restored when there is a need

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

We find that at times that there are issues with the custom BI reports when they need to be rebuilt because the available template is not working. In such case the report needs to be restored from backup or from a lower instance. However when lower instance is undergoing changes/ testing it is not possible to use. Also restoring from manual backup does not give the confidence that it is the most recent version causing change management issues and risk to business operations. Hence the request is to automatically backup the reports under Custom BI folder also so that they can be restored whenever there is a need.
