FAW Modern dashboard/Export - Dual query behavior leading to Timeout/Export Failed

A user at Mayo Clinic has a need to submit the exported dashboard to leadership every month. When the user runs the FAW Modern Dashoard and try's to export it fails/times out. We would like to export the static dashboard without running the query twice. Please create an enhancement request for your product team

There is a known enhancement request that is still open for this dual query behavior and it is under Product team review.

    Which type of report is being exported here? Is the user trying to get the visuals of a canvas from a workbook?

    In general -- export should not cause a timeout unless there is a time when viewing the dashboard.

    Hi Bret,

    Thanks for your question. FAW Modern Canvas is being exported to PDF. Only one canvas with multiple graphs and tables is being exported.

    The Console error message is as follows: Report never reached the ready state due to a failure or due to the maximum wait time being exceeded for export job bi_tech_export_job. Thanks
