Heatmap empty cells colors

Hello experts, we have created an Heatmap as a custom report. The Heatmap displays colored cells but also empty cells, if the report is opened within the system. However, if I download the report as formatted excel file, we can see that the same empty fields are black-colored. Is it possible to change the color to white, instead of having this black? Thanks a lot. Best regards
Here the output running the report within the system and downloading.

Hi @Oriana L.,
Can you please check what background color has been specified for 'Compensation & Benefits' under Column Properties.
Here's a screenshot.
Hope this help.
Thank you.

Hello @Bhaskar Konar I've checked as well, but I have the same column properties of the screenshot you've shared. I've also tried to unflag the "wrap text" checkbox and I've also tried to put the background color as white, but the output does not change. Regards

Hi @Oriana L.,
Thanks for the details.
If possible, please attach your report catalog or xml here. Will try to replicate the issue in our instances.
Thank you.

Hi @Oriana L.,
Thanks for the details.
I'm not able to replicate it in my instance due the unavailability of few DFFs and lack of skills data. Sorry for that.
Can you please try changing the styles or color to see if any other combination is working for you as a work around.
Thank you.

Hi @Bhaskar Konar yes I've tried also with that different Style, but it did not work. The point is that the colors you choose in this settings are only applied to the cells of the heatmap that have specific values, not for the empty cells. I've opened an SR also for this, hoping to get some help. Thanks anyway for your support.
Best regards.

Hi @Oriana L.
Interestingly I also get this on heatmaps in the OTL subject area when tracking claimed hours per week. I had assumed it was an issue with excel as when I used to export the heat map to a version of excel pre 365 it was fine, but since we moved to Office 365 the issue started occurring. However, we only get it in the first cell after a value and any subsequent empty cells are fine - see screenshot below.

Hello @Richard Kemp-Eyre thanks for your update, so with an older version of excel these black cells were not visible, have I understood correctly? Do you know if this settings can be changed in any way? Thanks a lot. Best regards. Oriana

Hi Oriana L.
Yes that's correct, though when I now look at extracts taken this time last year they show the black cells in the first column only. I'm not aware of any settings that can be changed I'm afraid. Hopefully your SR may shed some light on the issue. Good luck, Richard.
