This workbook reviews employee satisfaction, employee engagement and pay rate by different HR attributes including employee's position, gender, race and special projects assigned to employees to reveal insights around potential gaps in HR practices. Some example highlights: 1. Hispanic female employees were not assigned to any special projects and they have the lowest engagement score among others.
