Oracle Cloud HCM should allow for costing details to be populated on Individual Compensation Plans (ICPs) that are submitted through Compensation. One should have the ability to specify the desired costing segments to allow entry on ICPs which would allow costing details to be captured on the transaction for approval. These costing details should also be visible throughout the approval process. Once approved, Element Entries would be created for Payroll with the appropriate costing overrides as given on the ICP.

Additionally, these ICPs should support costing to multiple costing allocations with an associated percentage as proposed in Idea #848338.
