Add Level 1 Organization to HCM - Learning

We use Level 1 Organization in our reporting, and that field exists in several subject areas (for example, in HCM - Talent Acquisition, it is located at this path: Job Requisition-Common > Hierarchies > Organization Hierarchy)

but it does not exist in HCM - Learning. Can this be added?
