How to make Report Job History" links (URLs) available for BI Consumers Role user in BIP home page

When a BI consumer user login to analytics, he/she doesn't see the "Report Job History" URLs on the home page. It is not easy for asking user to go XMLPServer URL. Please let us know if how we can enable the business consumers to see the "Report Job History" URLs on the home page (on the left side)
