Is it possible to format rows so that a value is filled with yellow when the value is present in the data more than once?

Say we have a report where supplier number 123 is present in two different rows. We'd like to highlight both rows with yellow fill. Can we do that? If so, how?

@Prateek_16-Oracle we are trying to identify where there are suppliers with the same EIN and would like to highlight them in a report.
