How to get the last assignment if the worker have several records in a Analysis and Report (Goals)

How to get the last assignment if the worker has several records in an Analysis and Report (Goals). We need to get the last assignment considering their last assignment approving manager and/or the line manager of the employee.

Hi @everyone,
We need a report to get the last assignment if the worker has several records in the Analysis and Report (Goals). Example: In the image, if we have 5 records, we want to get only 1 row with the most recent assignment of the employee, considering that they have some changes in the line manager or approving manager. Thanks and Regards

Hi @Claudia Linares,
Quick Question: Have you tried using 'Assignment Status Type' column & it's data to see if unwanted rows can be filtered with it?
Thank you.

I have this filter in the report, but I still seeing the 5 records for the employee. Any formula that we can use to show only one row in this report?
Thank you

Hi @Claudia Linares,
Can you please share your report xml / catalog here so that we can try replicate the issue in our instance to see if any potential resolution possible or not?
Thank you.

Hi @Claudia Linares,
Thanks for the details.
I've tried replicating the issue in our instance but the report is working fine and it is only bringing multiple rows for few guys whoever is working for multiple departments having multiple FTEs or having multiple job title at the same time.
Can you please check your data and see if the rows are absolutely identical or some of the values like department name, manager, job title etc. are different?
If any attribute is different then we have to exclude that and see how the report is bringing data now.
Hope this help.
Thank you.

Thank you so much for your help and suggestions. I reviewed the approving managers in the report all changes appear in these 5 rows from the first approving manager to the most recent manager. How to filter it?
Maybe you know how to get many goals the employee has, put the information in one column, and in another column, put, if they have more or equal to 1, have a column with Yes, but if they don't have goals or equal to 0, in the column should appear No. And then the other values in the rest of the columns. Is it possible?
Thank you!
Claudia
