We have discrepancies between FDI /ADW table data and Oracle ERP data.

I am looking at project revenue and some other data and they are quite different.. It appears that ADW and FDI is not updated for some days or transactions.

I have used the FDI built in dashbaord to shwo issues at high level and the document below..

https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/analytics/25r2/faiae/data-validation.html#GUID-B25F7C76-98AA-44C0-A9D7-890167200BF1

could you please let me know if there is a way to find out why numbers dont align.

    @ACDC -

    Generally, data misalignment in FDI can occur due to one or more of the following reasons:

    • A P2T (Production to Test) refresh was performed on the source environment, but the corresponding reset and reload was not done in FDI.
    • The data pipeline has not run or is currently in a disabled state, resulting in FDI not reflecting the latest data.
    • Backdated transactions were created in Fusion after the data refresh was completed in FDI.

    To address this, please follow the steps outlined in the documentation below to reload the data for the specific functional area, and then validate if the data now aligns as expected. This should help eliminate most of the common causes behind such data discrepancies.

    Hope this helps!
