What generative artificial intelligence features are integrated with Sales?

Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is the name given to a subset of artificial intelligence tools from Oracle that quickly creates content in response to text prompts. Generative AI is a fully managed Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) service that provides a set of the latest Large Language Models (LLMs) that cover a wide range of use cases for text generation and summarization.

Large language models are machine learning models that comprehends and generates human language text by analyzing massive data sets of language. Generative AI content ranges from short and simple to very long and complex data that helps salespeople boost their productivity when collaborating with their customers and knowledge partners. However, LLMs can sometimes render text that isn't realistic and might provide misinformation in some instances. Mistakes happen when language models interpret inaccurate information so it's important that content generated by LLMs is thoroughly reviewed before using its content when communicating with your customers or for other activities.

Once your organization identifies the information to extract from documents, sales administrators can specify the prompt and format to automate the generation of content to suit your own unique requirements. The key to extracting content is in the prompt used so that the best responses are generated using Generative AI that works best for your users.
